Monthly Wrap Up

June Wrap Up

In June I read 10 books for a total of 3,291 pages and an average of 110 pages a day. I read more books last month, but more pages this month. So far, for the year I’m averaging 49 pages a day, with my books being an average of 320 pages in length.

Pride, Prejudice and Cheese Grits by Mary Jane Hathaway

Saga vol. 2 and 3 by Brian K. Vaughan

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Singapore Noir edited by Cheryl Lu-Lien Tan

Into the Darkest Corner by Elizabeth Haynes

Companions on the Road by Tanith Lee

NOS4A2 by Joe Hill

Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

Dark Eden by Chris Beckett
Notable quotes:
“What was the point of saying words if we didn’t know what they meant?”
“[People] need a story. They need to have something from the past to hold on to when they go forward into the future.”

So far I’ve read 56 books this year! How about you? Do you track how many books you read a month, a year? I really enjoy tracking my reading this way.

  1. That’s impressive ! I’m trying to get in One Book a Month and that’s a challenge … although to be fair, I read everyday for work – only I don’t count any of that stuff.
