I found this A to Z book survey on Books: The Final Frontier – If you missed part one, it’s here – Now on to part two, N-Z:
Number of Bookshelves you Own:
5 and I desperately need more!
One Book you have Read Multiple Times:
The Witch of Blackbird Pond by Elizabeth George Speare
Preferred Place to Read:
Snuggled in bed, or if it’s nice out, on the porch.
Quote that Inspires you:
“No two persons ever read the same book.” –Edmund Wilson
I think it’s important to remember that we an all have a different experience when reading the same book and that’s part of what makes reading magical!
Reading Regret:
I really can’t think of any – I could say that it’s possible I’ll never read all the books I own, and I guess that’s sad. But I choose to think of it as never running out of books to read!
Series you’ve Started and Need to Finish:
Katharine Kerr’s Deverry series – it’s so epic – I took a break from it but I’m hoping to pick up the next book this month.
Three of your All-Time Favorite Books:
Okay, my all-time favorite list is definitely longer than three, but I’ll say The Hobbit, Pride and Prejudice and A Game of Thrones.
Unapologetic Fangirl for:
I don’t feel like I really go into what I think of as “fangirl mode” but I probably talk up the A Song of Ice and Fire series often.
Very Extremely Excited for this Release:
The next book by Walter Moers! I loved The City of Dreaming Books and the sequel, The Labyrinth of Dreaming Books is definitely leading to a third book. I NEED THAT THIRD BOOK NOW.
Also, if you haven’t read any of his work, please check it out. I would recommend The City of Dreaming Books to start – it’s a fantastic and incredibly creative world Moers has made and if you like reading about books and clever literary references, I think you’ll really enjoy the series.
Worst Bookish Habit:
Buying them faster than I can ever hope to read them!
X Marks the Spot–Look at your bookshelf. What is the 27th book?
Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris – I could probably start counting a million different ways on just one shelf, so there’d be a different answer every time!
Your Latest Book Purchase:
I bought three books by Marjane Satrapi because I’m in love with her style!
ZZZZ Snatcher–The Book that Kept You From Sleeping:
There have been several of course, but most recently it was probably Little Brother by Cory Doctorow – it was so much fun I didn’t want to put it down!

This was fun! I’ve always loved little surveys and I try to do stuff like this now and then. Gets me thinking about more than just reviewing books.
Nice answers! And I can’t believe you own five bookshelves. I’m so jealous.

Thanks! I’d be in trouble without my shelves! But they’re becoming over crowded! And I’m not about to stop buying books…!
